Towards Transparency (TT)  is seeking for 6 talent and active youths to participate in  the 2011 ASEAN Youth Forum (AYF) and " Enhancing Youth Integrity "Study Visit in Jakarta, Indonesia ( May 1-4, 2011). This opportunity enable to support the Vietnamese selected youngsters to the ongoing movement process of ASEAN Youth by strengthening the existing networking and engaging in the decision making mechanisms towards a people-centered ASEAN community. 
All cost associated to the participation of the Forum, Study Visit and production of the follow-up activities will be fully funded by Towards Transparency. 
Application Submission must be received no later on 5pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2011.

I. A STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: 4 points

Write a narrative essay in English (150- 200 words) describing why you want to participate in the programme and how you will be able to contribute fruitful to the success of 2011 ASEAN Youth Forum 7 (1-2 May 2011, Jakarta, Indonesia). Specify your education background, practical experiences and how these will support your contribution to promoting youth integrity and transparency.

II. A VIDEO CLIP: 6 points

Submit a video clip in English (5-10 minutes) which explains your current understanding of youth integrity and the promotion of transparency in Vietnam.
