Global Internship Program (GIP) or Global Exchange Program (GEP) is one of the most intense and life – changing experience offered by AIESEC. With 8,000 exchanges each year and the network of over 110 countries and territories, we are supplying powerful learning experiences for young people. Our Global Internship Program not only aims at providing a professional experience to the individual but also a life-changing experience, which will lead him/her to become more entrepreneurial, culturally sensitive, open minded and active learner.
